Humm..touchy subject but I will weigh in on how I feel as a parent. I believe that regular networking channels have become just as indecent as cable television. What happened to being able to watch sitcoms on regular networks without the fear of something degortagory being mentioned or taking place? I can remember sitting down with my parents and being able to watch all sorts of decent television shows such as Brady Bunch, Cosby Show, Partridge Family, Mork and Mindy and the list could go on. I believe that sexual content and explicit language should be limited to certain networks(cable), and regular networks should provide family friendly programming during prime time hours.

I totally appreciate Tim Tebow‘s outward expression of his faith, but he is not doing anything different that other football players have always been doing over the last years. I have been to “several” games and I see numerous players who bow to honor, give thanks, or pray as well as pray together after games. What makes Tebow any different from these players? Once again media propoganda has won. We get sucked into whatever the media focuses on. IE: Casey Anthony – watch the news people there are kids being abducted and killed everyday but we spent all of our energy and frustration on this one person. Thank you Tebow for being a light, but I am over those who are completely missing it and the media for using this as a basis to drum up some type of frenzy for their own gain.
As my friend Jake stated “What disgusts me is everyone now doing the Tebow and mocking God, he wants us to submit our wills to his and praying on your knees is an expression that should Not be taken lightly and laughed at, i see pictures of children, parents even commentators doing it, very upseting. If we were quick to get on our knees and pray for our Country maybe we would have this mess.”

What issues are really important to people for the upcoming election?

My top 3 issues are as follows:
Economy – Who is really more equipped to get this country back on track.
Bank reform – we need someone who is going to go head first in tackling the big banks to ensure that the best banking practices are in place.
Jobs – we HAVE to find a way to create more jobs and keep our jobs in the US. I think this is a major problem that is not being talked about enough.
On a side note the real estate market has to rebound and I feel the government needs to make more of an effort in helping make sure that the real estate market does not continue to remain stagnant.
